Privacy Policy

Last updated June 20, 2026

RepQueue (“RepQueue,” “we,” “us”) provides software that helps sports academies and training organizations plan and run their training rotations. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, web app, and mobile apps (together, the “Service”).

Information we collect

Account information. When you or your administrator create an account, we collect your name, email address, role, and the organization (workspace) you belong to. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from that provider. If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO/SAML) or automated provisioning (SCIM), we receive the attributes your identity provider sends (such as name, email, and group membership).

Service content. We store the data you create in the Service — programs, rotations, activities, facilities, locations, scheduled and completed sessions, and related notes.

Technical data. We collect basic logs needed to operate the Service securely, such as IP address, device/app version, and timestamps of key actions (an audit log of administrative events).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How we use information

We use the information above to provide and secure the Service, authenticate you, sync your data across web and mobile, provide support, maintain an administrative audit trail, and meet legal obligations.

How information is shared

We share information only with service providers that help us run RepQueue, under contracts that limit their use of it. These include our cloud hosting and database providers and, where you enable them, payment and authentication providers. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service and its users.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account in the mobile app or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your membership and personal profile. If you are the sole owner of a workspace, deleting your account permanently deletes the workspace and all of its data for everyone in it. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with reputable cloud providers. Access tokens on mobile are held in the device’s secure keychain. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.

Children’s privacy

RepQueue is a tool for academy staff and administrators, not for children. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Any athlete-related entries are created and controlled by the organization that uses RepQueue.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can exercise these rights in-app or by emailing us. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
