Terms of Service

RepQueue is software for planning and running training rotations — building programs and rotations, assigning them to facilities, scheduling sessions, and advancing the sequence so staff know what comes next. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Workspaces are controlled by their owners and administrators, who manage members, roles, and content. Different roles (owner, manager, coach, viewer) have different permissions within a workspace.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, disrupting its operation, reverse-engineering it except as permitted by law, or using it to store unlawful content. You must have the right to any information you put into the Service.

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data in order to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your content.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through the payment method or app store you use to subscribe. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple’s terms, and refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your billing settings or your app store account.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from within the app. If you are the sole owner of a workspace, deleting your account permanently deletes the workspace and all of its data. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepQueue will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
